Prime Towing

I got stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday evening and they were the only towing company that would help. I called every company and all said no. Even my local towing company from my home town that I have known all my life said no. Took some time to get to me because of he was busy with another call. Brent was the driver that came. He was very professional and polite. He had no problem taking my car all the way back to Highlands NC.

This company ran 50 min late after telling me they would be to me in 45-60 min. When they finally showed up they tried to use this big hooks on my control arms so I asked the guy knowing he should be using the proper cluster mounts and he said "the owner gives us what he gives us and this is what we have to use to do the job" at that point I declined service and called another company.
