homeland park is a great water company,really great people

Homeland Park water exploits the community it is supposed to serve by opportunistic high fees and purposefully refusing to bring policies in line with other utilities companies. Homeland Park water is a badly run company and should be held accountable for it's policies by someone who actually cares about this community. They know the people of this community are too financially limited to fight these policies in a legal battle, so they will get away with having them. Exploiting the underprivileged is nothing new, and it's alive and well in Anderson, SC. YP will not let me give '0' stars so the lowest I can rate this company is '1' star.
