Cornerstone Family Practice

The front office is not friendly, they act as if you're an inconvenience, very rude/unprofessional. Dr Keizer is unfit to practice he mis-diagnosed all of my family members including me, so they placed my family under the care of Dr Kyle. My sister started having severe symptoms & needed to be seen so I called to schedule her an appt however, I never received a call back from Nicole. My father called to check on her status & was told that we were considered "new patients" & Dr Kyle refused to her, my father then explained he was our family doctor no matter how they coded things. They tried to back track on him & my father told her to forget it not to worry.
We found another doctor & my sister has an auto immune disease. I have work in the health care profession for yrs & know how to treat patients & how a practice should run.
I would not recommend this practice to a friend/loved one
as a matter of fact I would not take my dog there. This office should be shut down!

Dr Dorn gets 5 stars. However, his staff gets 2 stars. Both receptionists are condescending morons that don't even know what services the office offers. They rolled their eyes when I showed them proof they offered service. Blood pressure was elevated by the time I saw the dr.

I visited Cornstone twice and had no problem, but my mother visited Cornstone and they refused to accept her as a patient. They refused to tell her why they wouldn't accept her. I think they are "Gravy Babies". Also a lady I work with said that her son used to go there, until he was diagnosed with Chron's disease (inflammatory bowl disease). They told him he was too much of a liability and refused to see him again. Can they really do that? Either way, another lady I talked to said that she had so much trouble with Cornerstone that she was advised to file a lawsuit against them. There's just too many shady doings on Cornstone's part so I will not go back.

My mother is a very hard person to deal with when it comes to doctors.

How ever the people at Cornerstone understand that going to the doctor is not a fun experiance and they understand that. Also you do not have to wait for ever they are quick and efficant.
