        UNSCRUPULOUS BILLING PRACTICES...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY, MONTHLY BILLING HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME. WHY? DON'T KNOW, WOULDN'T TALK TO THE AGENT OF THE PAYER WHO IS ELDER AND ILL. QUITE UNETHICAL AND SHAMELESS.
