Hardin Buick GMC is a trust worthy dealership that I have been going to for years. The service is always provide at a reasonable price and the work is done correctly and it a timely matter every time. I would have no problem recommending the dealership to everyone.

I have been a loyal customer of Hardin Buick GMC for over 20 years. I purchase my cars there because of the excellence of the service department. They have always provided the best service with professionalism and courtesy. I would put the Hardin Service Department in the Number 1 position of recommended businesses.

I have been having my 2007 Sat...

I have been having my 2007 Saturn serviced at Hardin GMC for a few years now. They have always been fair and honest with me. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They have shuttle service if you don't want to wait. This is the only place I would bring my car for service. Avonnia A.

Don't know much about buying a...

Don't know much about buying a car from this dealersbip, but I do know about its service department. I've been taking my Pontiac for service there for 4 years. This is first dealership service department that I actually trust to diagnose and fix problems correctly and affordably. The service staff, including the shuttle drivers, are friendly, yet professional. I highly recommend their service department for all GM cars.

My husband and I have been taking our three vehicles to Hardin Buick GMC for the past three years for service. From the first time I brought my new car in, the service advisors have been friendly and professional, and always make sure all our service needs are met. The waiting area is spacious and there is always coffee, water, TV and magazines available. I love receiving their complimentary car wash after the service is completed. I would recommend Hardin Buick GMC to my friends and family.

Do Not Buy From Hardin GMC

They do not honor their signed contract and then make you return the car because of a mistake that they made



Save yourself a lot of time (it took 5 1/2 hrs to complete the contract and there were no other customers present during the entire time) and a big headache (having to load your crying and disappointed children in the car to return the new car they were enjoying)



They will only disappoint you and waste your time.

They took 5 1/2 hrs to complete paperwork with no other customers around and then when we had to return the car, the salesman and finance manager that made the mistake did not even come out to apologize.



Save yourself a headache and do not purchase from this dealership.

Do not buy a car from Hardin Buick, Pontiac, GMC

This dealership is completely unprofessional and does not honor the signed contract they provide you with when you purchase a vehicle from them.



We purchased a vehicle and the following afternoon received a call that they had made a mistake and needed us to return the new car or they would have to charge us an additional $18K, because of a mistake that they admitted was entirely their fault.



I was shocked after being at the dealership for 5 1/2 hours (and no other customers where there, so confusion could not be listed as an excuse) that a mistake of this magnitude could occur. On top of that, the mere fact that it took 5 1/2 hours to complete paperwork should have been a sign that we should have left. When dealerships are busy it is understandable that you may have to wait, but no other customers where at the dealership the entire time we were there.



Upon receiving our old car back, we found they did not return all the items from the old car as well.



Save yourself a problematic car deal and do not purchase from the Hardin Family of Car dealerships

Frustrated

I bought a brand new Acord EX. I love my car but I had a VERY frustrating experience with the dealership. I had no intentions on buying that night, I was just looking but I was so pressured into it that I bought that same evening. The salesman who sold it to me told me to call him if I had any problems or questions. The following morning I noticed a big scratch/dent in the rear bumper (I couldn't see it the previous night because it was dark out). I called my salesman to tell him and I was advised that he no longer worked there. The manager put me in a rental car while fixing the bumper, I returned the rental to Hardin when the repair was done and they advised me they would make sure the rental was returned to Enterprise for me. About 1 month later, I get a call from Enterprise asking when I planned on returning their car. I told them I had returned it to Hardin a month earlier. Enterprise said they never got it from them. It turns out that someone at Honda, thought the rental car was a used car and put it on their used car lot where it sat the entire time. (thankfully they didn't sell it) It would have stayed on their lot if it wasn't for Enterprise calling them after they got off the phone with me. But then I had to deal with all kinds of problems with Enterprise because Hardin was refusing to pay the bill for a months worth of rental fees, so Enterprise wanted to charge me for it. After all kinds of arguing and phone calls, Honda and Enterprise worked it out so I didn't have to pay for it. Extremely Frustrating Experience.
