        Incompetent technician and unprofessional manager



        The technician comes to our house to check the heating system and why the fan keeps running. It took him 1.5 hour to replace the boiler filter. Then >2.5 hours to troubleshoot the fan. It turned out to be the short of the thermostat. Shouldn't that be the first thing to check? Of course, i got a huge bill on that with 5 hour labor. The hourly labor is $78. I called the office to appeal the bill. I didn't ask much and simply asked him to deduct 1.5 hour labor off the bill. I think it is tolerable to pay 1.5 hour for replacing the filter and 1 hour to diagnose the fan issue. The manager was very rude and kept telling me there is no time limit on the troubleshooting. If you choose this company, you are supposed to pay for the incompetent service and deal with unprofessional manager.



        I wish there is a choice to give zero star for this company.
