        Le Chateau Pet Resort offers clients peace of mind during their time away from their pet while providing pets a fun-filled vacation of their own. The building was designed and built with the comfort of the pets in mind. All climate controlled dog suites have indoor/outdoor access into private yards, windows for natural lighting, and solid colorful partitions for privacy. Premium suites include televisions for comfort sounds. Asiet air purifiers help keep the air clean. All over-sized double story cat condos have an aquarium and bird watching view. Activities include several hours of supervised group playtime for the dogs in several play yards, pool area, and indoor gym. Cats enjoy lounging and playing in the kitty lounge and enclosed outdoor yard for soaking in the sun. Other services include daycare, training, bathing, and a selection of specialty pet foods and products. Come sense the Difference!

        Le Chateau allows known aggressive dogs and an inch of my dog's ear was bitten off. The owner flat out lied to me and told me there had never been a problem with the other dog, but I later found out there had been at least 5 other incidents at Le Chateau and many others with the City of Amarillo with that particular dog. I have copies of these incident reports, which all have the owner's initials on them proving she was aware of the problems with the other dog. The owner of Le Chateau also tried to trivialize the severity of the accident by stating in the incident report I was given that my dog's ear was cut and was taken care of with a topical spray when the truth was that more than an inch of my dog's ear was bitten off...he was covered in blood when I left the facility and required surgery.

        This place is wonderful! My dog loves to go. I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave! They really cater to your pet and treat them like gold. Also just an amazing and beautiful place. I told my husband next time I am staying at the Chateau and they can go on vacation! Awesome, Awesome staff!
