The project to replace the existing 10 windows and sliding door with Storm Impact units by Newsouth Window Solutions of Altamonte Springs, FL was excellent experience. Beginning with Luis Montes, the Factory Sales Rep., he was very courteous and down to earth and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly demonstrated the fabrication details of the windows and doors, and the pros and cons over the competing vendors' windows. He was very knowledgeable of the competition, and explained the differences in sourcing, fabrication, installation and warranty. Even though Newsouth was not the lowest installed cost, it was worth the premium to go with Newsouth Window Solutions of Altamonte Springs.
The windows' quality is better than the competition, and were delivered as promised. The installers, Navi and Aaron, were very courteous and accommodating, and experienced as demonstrated by their efficient approach. They covered each work area with plastic and safely removed the existing windows without glass breakage, and damage to the drywall and exterior stucco. The only dust was from the two (2) windows that had to be cut out of the stucco with a grinder. They installed the new windows efficiently, made sure each operated smoothly, and upon completion of each windows, they removed the debris, cleaned up and vacuumed each area.
The whole replacement project was done quickly with minimal disruption, and the windows look great resulting in "A Very Happy Customer!!!! I would definitely recommend them for all future project.

I had all 6 of the windows in my home replaced by New South. They exceeded all of my expectations! My AC runs far less than with my old windows. Noise is no longer an issue. The look is beautiful too. Installation was prompt, professional and QUICK! I cannot be happier with my decision to go with this company!

We have nothing but good things to say about NewSouth windows. We ordered 25 windows and two sliding glass doors. Their factory representative was very friendly and educated us on windows, energy efficiency and shared reviews, testimonials etc. We even toured the factory before the windows were installed.

Excellent service and the best window I have seen. After looking at several window companies, what I liked best was the fact that they manufacture their own window. It had more features in it than any window i have seen and These windows are made in Florida, specifically designed for FLORIDA homes. The Factory Sales representative met me at my home, gave my wife and I a demonstration and we signed the contract. A production manager met us and reviewed the project before it started, the crew was professional and very clean, efficient and did a GREAT job! We now have a lifetime warranty and our energy bill has decreased significantly. I am so glad i used NewSouth. I got more features and a better window avoiding the local contractors that just buy windows from someone else. We bought directly from the factory. Thank you NewSouth. I will call you back for my doors next year. We are amazed how much our energy bill has decreased. Educate yourself. This company owns its own factory. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

What a fantastic experience! I love the window and visited the factory in Tampa to see how they are made. I enjoyed buying directly from the manufacturer and knowing that they install the window and offer a lifetime warranty that includes labor. They have 60+ years experience in the industry and it shows in the nice design of the window. The crew was very prompt and we couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship! Great job New South. Thank you to NewSouth. Fantastic windows and a very nice experience. My husband visited their showroom and we then received a free in home estimate. We wanted to deal directly with the manufacturer and have them installed. The crew was very professional and clean. They were on time, even early! Communication was good and they even used drop clothes and explained everything they were doing. All in all, a very good experience. I highly recommend them. The windows are the best we have seen, and we looked at many of them.

Very nice window! We love our new windows. We had 12 double hung windows installed and couldn't be happier. The NewSouth team was very professional and the crew worked very hard. We noticed a change in how much cooler our house was inside almost immediately and a significant change in noise reduction too.
