Dear Miller Plante:



I have two 500 gallon septic tanks that are very old. I have been using the Miller Plante, Septic Helper 2000 for Four years and no longer have odors. The water leaving the septic tank is running clear into the drainfield - looks almost like drinking water (although I wouldn't recommend drinking it!) Using Septic Helper 2000 has saved me a ton of money over purchasing retail products.

My husband took the septic cleaner back in November. We recieved our bill the end of November and made our first payment in December. Now we are in May and we are still recieving bills saying that we did not pay one of the payment. I sent everyone of them to tht same address with the stickers that they sent. I had to take time away from my children and school work to go to the bank so that they could pull up all of the checks that I sent to Miller-Plante and then I had to get copies made to send to them to make sure they did not SCREW UP MY CREDIT because they can not put payments on the correct accounts. The customer service I recieved from Lynda Orefice was less than poor. This was not my problem because I payed my bill on time but, I will tell everyone I know not to every buy anything from Miller-Plante because they do not know how to treat coustomers at all.

They call over and over and over and over and over.... They were trying to convince me to buy their buckets of bacteria for a septic system! Stop calling you annoying people!

If you don't stop calling my number and hanging up, I am going to turn this number into the phone company for telephone harassment.
