While searching for furniture I stumbled upon Hudson's Furniture. As a Central Florida resident, there are many options to sift through. Hudson's Furniture stood out to me the most because of their selection and pricing. I will be back for sure!

The salesperson, Bob, was great, but that was where the good service ended. There was an issue with the custom ordered sofa when it was delivered (the individual pieces do not line up correctly). The repair tech. took photos and said someone would be contacting me....two months later I am still waiting. I contacted Hudson's and was told they did not see any issues so there was no need to contact me. I objected but they just wanted to argue with me and said there was nothing they can do. What poor service. I spent $4K on this one piece and had planned to do more business them. Not after this type of treatment. I will take my money elsewhere.

I bought new furniture for 4 rooms of my house. It was $20,000 worth of furniture even at the "50% off" rate ( which, by the way, is not really 50% off). There was something wrong with EVERY PIECE of furniture. The mattress is so soft I now have to go the physical therapy for low back pain. I always like hard beds and the sales person insisted that this is what I ordered. She wouldn't acknowledge that there may have been a mistake. The special order fabric chairs and sofas with the exception of the Broyhill is lumpy, bumpy, has uneven seams, and the swivel and rockers are squeaky. They do not have the same comfort level as the ones I sat in repeatedly at the store. I was talked into sewing the cushions on the back of the sofa. I didn't even sit in a sofa that had that. When someone goes to sit on it, the top cushion doesn't follow the person and there is a gap by their lower back. No one wants to sit on the couch! It's uncomfortable. The breakfast table and chairs constantly need their screws tightening - we don't even use it much. The drawers on the dresser, side tables and hutch drag when you open them. It sounds like the wheels don't move. It's not on every drawer, I know it can pull smoothly. I was told by the repair person that this is all the better I can get. Then there is the rugs -the rug I chose from looking online with the sales person was a TOTALLY different shade than what was delivered. It looks bad. I've now been informed that we really should have looked at the manufacturers sight for accurate colors and if I want to reorder a different rug I will have to pay a restocking fee. REALLY?



I feel like I have been lied to, manipulated and stolen from. Don't buy furniture from here. You will not be happy.
