        The rent here is too high by comparison. They recently introduced the RUB system to charge for water - which means your bill is determined by square footage and how many faucets you have. They are too cheap to install meters. I have a two bedroom two bath / 900 square feet and my water bill is $45 a month for just me! They charge $25 for a car port, and $5 for a key to the excercise room. What next!!
