        I called Direct Air and Heat when my air conditioner stopped working. They came out the same day and got it back up and running. Turned out it was just a dirty part and didn't need to be replaced, just cleaned. The speed of response, excellent customer service and HONESTY won me over! This is why i gave them 5 stars and will be calling them for any future issues.
