I went in to pawn my computer having never pawned an item before. I had heard so many horror stories regarding shady pawn shops but what a refreshing surprise this place was!! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but they gave me a reasonable amount for the pawning of my laptop. I felt confident and secure that my item would be in good hands!! If that was great enough, I was told if I repaid my loan before 15 days I would get 15% off my interest. This place was wonderful to me and my family in a time of great need. Thank you guys!!!

I have been to a few pawn shops in the past, always walking away feeling like I had just been taken advantage off. Until this past trip to Cash Value Pawn in Altamonte Springs, Florida. When I walked in their door I was greeted with a very upbeat staff who looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I was in a bit of a jam with bills and needed a loan quick. A lady named Michelle was working and asked me if she could help me, as she looked at my gold she asked me how much I needed on a loan and I told her $175 as she weighed it she stated to me it wasn't necessary for her to take it all. When I have gone to other pawn shops they take everything. She and a guy named Brok explained to me they did things a lot differently then other stores do. I was also told that if I came back in 15 days or less my loan would only be 15% instead of the normal 25%. I am so glad I happened to Google pawn shops in my area. I will return again and again to Cash Value Pawn! You people ROCK!!

I was down and out and need some money. I only had a couple of pieces of jewelry to pawn. The gentlemen there looked at the items and because I need 200.00 to pay my power bill, he only took one of pieces of jewelry and gave me the loan for the 200. The other pawn shops ha to take all of my jewelry to get a loan of 180.00 in the past. I will only deal with them in the future. They were honest and sincere.
