We stumbled upon your site while looking for a couch. A big move for us to spend money, especially a large amount, basically site unseen, could not sit and feel. But WE HAVE NO REGRETS. We are in and the set came too fast, we were expecting at least a week, but it came within days! Shipped by FedEx no damage not even a scratch to the outside of the box. I ordered online which is something my husband and I never do, but after reading great reviews and information about Bari Furniture, we decided to order a much wanted loveseat and ottoman. We ordered the Montego, it was shipped to us in less than a week, and came to us in beautiful condition, and the quality is great. We purchased this chair because of my back problems. I am a 5'3" lady and most recliners are too big for me. I was unable to sit comfortably on our furniture because of my back. This chair seems to have lumbar support and fit my body nicely - even my husband liked it! Is the only chair I can sit in - LOVE IT!

I was hesitant to buy a leather sofa online, but the experience I had with Bari was outstanding! I was quoted a 6-8 week delivery time and I received the sofa in less than 2 weeks. Great service! Love the old American look on this set. We just moved into an older, but refurbished home, and decided to use Bari for our master bedroom. The walnut finish and sturdy build pair very well with the classic finishes. Bari made it happen in time to move in too. Would continue to recommend.

I have recently purchased and received delivery of the Palisser Genessa Apartment Sofa in Cayman Dove leather from Bari Furniture. The sofa is beautiful and comfortable, Bari Furniture is a wonderful company. The customer service staff is outstanding, offering first rate and person-to-person service. In this day and age of impersonal (internet) transaction, Bari Furniture not only answers the phone but sends out fabric and leather samples, works with the client to ensure a smooth purchase transaction, and sends weekly follow-up emails about the purchase and shipping status. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the fine quality of the furniture and the top of the line level of customer service.

This sofa arrived in perfect shape after shipping across the country to CA. The quality of the leather is unbelievable at this price. The cranberry color looks primarily burgandy with a hint of purple. It is an excellent addition to my daughter's apartment. The mattress of the sleeper sofa is average for comfort but will serve guests well. We plan to cherish this lovely piece of furniture for a long time.

I ordered the Lane McAllister Leather grouping... It arrived as promised, the set appeared to be well made... Well the first week the zipper broke on back cushion, contacted the warrenty dept. to make a claim... And the problems started. I am getting every excused in the book, why the tech isn't contacting me... The visa card they sent me as part of the promotion, was not activted... I tried to register for my warrenty online and the site was not available, so they are handling it for me?? I am very disappointed in the way things are being handled... They seem to be very caring, helpful, honest people.. BUT I am not getting far being patient! Well just a warning.. If you are not patient, please avoid this company... I am not very happy with my service thus far.... I don't think this set will last long either.. My opinion, the future will tell.

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the handling of the order that we received at our home on Tuesday Feb. 26th. We had ordered the Sienna II group and it came through in fine condition and was well handled by the White Glove Delivery provided by Hansen here in Bakersfield. The color of the leather is quite a bit darker than the photo on your web site. However we like it very much and frankly are glad that it was slightly darker than we had expected. Thank you again for keeping us informed, and in keeping your delivery promise. Great customer service is rare in our world today. However you get the Five Star rating from my wife and I. We have already recommended you to 3 different friends.

We have had two get together's with friends and co-workers since receiving the set and we have had nothing but compliments. We always' get the question "did you buy these in Winter Park?" and we say no, we bought them from Bari Leather Furniture. We have probably given your name out to five people who have seen the set and absolutely love it.The quality is superb, since receiving the set we have wander into Restoration Hardware, you know, just to compare and their is no comparison. Our couch is deeper than Restoration Hardware's Maxwell Couch, the cushions are plusher, the leather is far more subtle and it comes with four leather pillows, a $300.00 additional option from Restoration Hardware. Guys, we could not be any happier. Thank you for bringing fine leather furniture within the reach of the working family.

A Rare FindWe had a difficult time finding a leather sleeper sofa to fit in the limited space we had in our ski condominium. We looked at models in stores and were disappointed with the selection. A thorough online search brought us to Bari and we selected the Viceroy model for our ski chalet. When it arrived we were delighted with the size, quality and finish of the materials and the envy of our HOA. Everyone who has seen it now has asked us where we got it. And we were happy to let them know.

Our furniture was delivered yesterday, and it is absolutely exquisite, just beautiful, and the aroma...! The furniture is well-made with attention to detail, and it looks exactly like the online photo from which we made our decision. We could not be more pleased with the entire transaction, including professional customer service (the few times we called, we were quickly connected with someone knowledgeable, no computerized loops or being sent to voicemail boxes). I ordered the Austin set on June 5th, 2009.Upon ordering, I was assured that I had at least a week to change the color without it affecting the ship time, Bari Leather was out of all of the swatches I ordered except one. I changed the color on June 12, 2009 after a second attempt to get swatches worked. I just received it today, September 2, 2009. The customer service members only had excuses and actually told me that I "really don't want to rush the people making my furniture." Customer service reps are inexperienced and unprofessional. This furniture is acceptable, but I will never order from Bari Leather again due to the service that I received. The website does not update what is going on with the order, and the shipping method is ridiculous. I had a pallet set in front of my garage, something that should never be done with high priced furniture. The website says ship time is 6-8 weeks from order date. My furniture shipped 11 weeks and 5 days from my order date.
