        Awesome body shop, highly recommended. I was treated first-class from the moment I walked in until the time I picked up my car. Chris Allen (estimator) was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Rick Case Hyundai recommended Performance Collision and I am extremely pleased I chose them to repair my car. I will definitely use them again if I need my car's paint/body repaired. They not only repaired my car, but got it back to looking in showroom condition. A BIG Thank You to Chris and the team at Performance Collision.

        I have used Performance Auto Colliision everythime my Z3 got bumped into over the years and they always made it look brand new! This time, the insurance co. saw it a different way (not to fix). I wasn't very happy but over the past 3 weeks, the guys at Performance helped me out huge! There wasn't even a fix for them to do, but they showed customer service like maybe I've never seen before. A sign of honesty and integrity which is kind of hard to find for a female in the auto world.

        Yes I not only recommend their skilled abilities with a car, but their sincerity the minute you walk in the door.

        I give them 10 stars......

        Brought in a 2011 Infiniti g37 conv for accident repairs - they were able to take my car in to start repairs promptly. The finished quality of work was very good and didn't require rework. Rental car services are a building away so coordinating that is easy also. A very professional team and center!

        If you want your car to look great like before then this is the place to take your car. .

        They don’t compromise with quality (insurance want them to use used or Am parts)

        Kevin Moreland custumer service was great form day one, trying to help me and in the same time fight my insurance company.

        Great body shop and great cust...

        Great body shop and great customer service! They had stellar reviews on Kudzu.com and Google so I felt at ease taking my car to them. Big shout out to Michael Kayrouz for keeping me in the loop throughout the process via texts, pictures of the repairs, etc. I picked up my car after month and a half in the body shop. Their work was excellent but I noticed a few minor flaws. I immediately brought them to Michael's attention and he re-scheduled to fix them right away and he really worked well with my busy schedule. Listen, these guys are great and yes they may be slightly pricier than competition (based on other reviews I've seen on this thread) but I'd trust their work over a cheaper competitor any day. Thank you!

        Poor relationship with my insurance

        The have a personal vendetta against my insurance co and as a result, a minor fender bender (rear bumper cover scrapes) to my BMW became thousands of dollars. And they left my trunk lid open or disassembled and water got into my trunk ruining numerous computers. 3 cars were affected and they charged MY insurance for their mistake. Now my rates are in jeopardy. Thanks!
