I would give this place 0 stars if i could !!! We went for a check up and my son was due for a shot , but by mistake they give him diferent shot. Thanks God it was not bad for him. But how can you not be organazed with SHOTS ! It can be very dangerous ! Practice itself looks chaotic , doctors dont remember your kid , not personal at all. Its like fast food Mc Donals from the food point of view.
Go with single practice doctor. We love Dr.David Bergman . He is a very pasionate at his job .

Primary Care
North Point Pediatrics is pleased to offer Prenatal" Meet and Greets" for expectant parents who are considering North Point Pediatrics as their child's primary care provider. These meetings allow parents to learn more about our providers, practice, what to expect after giving birth and it includes a tour of our facility.
Ear Infections
The Prevnar vaccine protects against pneumococcal disease. Pneumococcal disease is the leading cause of bacterial meningitis, and can also cause blood infections and ear infections. After the vaccine, some children have local redness, tenderness or swelling where the shot was given. A low-grade fever may also be present.
Emergency Care
If your child has a life threatening emergency, please call 911. If your child needs to see a physician after our regular business hours, please take him/her to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) at Scottish Rite Emergency Department or a CHOA urgent care center (Visit www.choa.org for locations and wait times).

Mental Health
Amanda attended South College and graduated Cum Laude with her Master's in Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a Board Certified PA with special interests in pediatric mental health, eating disorders, preventative health and community health education.

Radiology
We are accepting new patients. North Point Pediatrics was established in 1998 to provide exceptional pediatric medical care for children from newborns to young adults. Our practice serves the North Atlanta community including neighborhoods in Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, Crabapple, Johns Creek and Cumming. Our suite is conveniently located on the first floor of building 400 in The Gates at North Point. There is plenty of free parking and CHOA outpatient lab and radiology services are across the street. We don't use a phone tree, you will always reach one of our friendly staff members.

Skin Cancer
The sun is the main cause of skin cancer, and skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States. Research has shown that only two or more blistering sunburns as a child or teen increases the risk of developing skin cancer later in life.
Lesions
This vaccine is given to immunize against the varicella virus, commonly known as chicken pox. Under Georgia State Law, Varivax is required prior to entering school. Both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the C.D.C. recognize Varivax as a safe and effective vaccine. Initially after the vaccine, there may be fever, local redness, swelling, and a rash. For a period of up to six weeks, there may be a chicken pox rash at the site or a small amount of lesions generalized over the body. There is also a chance for fever during this period of time. No salicylates (aspirin products) should be given after the vaccine for 6 weeks.
