A Plus Premium Pet Care

We have 2 dogs, we took them both there 3 weekends ago and one of them came back with kennel cough. Last weekend the one who didn’t catch kennel cough went back (the sick one was being watched by a friend) and the other dog got ring worm. We will not be returning.

We boarded two of our dogs for a week. They came home dirty after being supposedly bathed twice. I had told several employees that one of our dogs has a very strict diet and we packed extra food just in case. Somehow they ran out of food and when they gave her what they had on hand it made her sick. Communication was poor. They never called to say she was low on food and they didn't let me know she had gotten sick. I found out when I went to pick her up. She couldn't control her diarrhea and went all over the beds I had brought. They tried to wash them and I tried washing them, but there was no way of salvaging them. It took her over a week for her system to reset and get back on track. We had to deal with daily bathing, cleaning out her crate and constantly letting her outside. When I called and spoke to the owner he was not apologetic and claimed they took great care of our dogs. We won't trust this place to take care of our dogs anymore.

We started boarding at A+ Premium Pet Care when our dog was just a puppy. She has been boarded for emergencies and week long vacations, and each time, we return to a happy and healthy pooch. Shaun and JD are awesome and she loves them. We have used their services four times in the past year and recently switched to them as our groomer. Another plus is that although they are very reasonably priced, they remain coupon friendly and have coupons in several local advertising spots. I highly recommend them. MUCH better than the previous owners!

Absolutely amazing experience with A Premium. The staff and the manager did a great job taking care of our pet for over a month and we would certainly recommend this facility for boarding. Very down to earth, humble and modest people run this facility.
