They got back to us the day we first called them. We have a great agent who knows his stuff. He's very responsible and fun to deal with. Getting an apartment in Boston was a lot easier with them than we expected it to be.

I moved here almost a year ago due to education purposes, my best friend and I started looking sometime during summer last year, we chose them because of all the positive reviews and we have no complaints. They have been great.

Phoenix has been managing our property for over two years now. Overall our experience has been excellent. They are fair, and have even pushed back sometimes when representing the needs of my tenants. This is a good thing, and this one reason why we hired them. When I was a renter I wish I had rented from a company like this. They're doing a great job!

They have proven to be honest, from having truthful advertisements to their professionalism in doing business. Great selection and quality houses. I still have to secure a mortgage, but from what I've experienced so far I have no doubt that I will be closing on a house with them soon.

As a fellow real estate professional, I have had the opportunity to work with Phoenix Realty in a cooperative role. I have found them to be courteous and fair to me and my office. They have also been friendly. I am writing this review mainly because the previous reviews sound like an isolated incident rather than the norm for Phoenix Realty.

I have found it difficult to locate a great apartment and wasted 2 weeks looking for one before I found Chris and the great service at Phoenix Realty. They took care of everything and were great to deal with. I would have saved a lot of time coming here first.

We will be recommending Phoenix Realty to anyone we know moving to the area and will be back when the girls need to move again.
