Hush Little Angels

I read these reviews and i cant understand how people could write these about the facility knowing that is it untrue!!!

my children attend this daycare and have been going for a few years now and i have never had a complain. The staff members are very nice and they take their jobs serious. They care for my children as if they were there own. They are there as staff and support when i needed it being a single mother. They work with my pay schedule and my children's schedule.

reading this reviews parents need to understand that it is a daycare facility and not a small one at that. where all they can do is there best to satisfy every single parent.

i love this daycare and my children love it also. the classroom staff is wonderful as well as the office staff.

This daycare should be shut down immediately. Where do I begin. Rude unprofessional staff. The way they discipline the children is very harsh. They would throw my daughter onto her cot when she refused to lay down for nap. The staff has no idea how to teach let alone take care of someone else's child. The staff started stealing my diapers and wipes, when I confronted the owner, she took no action. Her response was for me not to bring in so many diapers and wipes at once. The one time My daughter was forced to leave BAREFOOT because the staff like every other night lost her shoes and socks. Everything would turn up missing and the owner never took action. Then I find out the staff finds it funny to record my daughter having a temper tantrum on their own personal cell phone! When I confronted the staff person she gave me a big attitude and told me it's not her fault I don't know how to discipline my children. In shock, I called the owner immediately in front of her and the owner justified and actually defended her employee! if you value your child's safety and well being DO NOT enroll them in Hush Little Angels. The owner stands by her employees bad behavior and does not care about our concerns or mistreatment as parents.

This Daycare is very unprofessional. If you like rude impersonal and uncaring staff then by all means, help yourself. My daughter has been attending this daycare for only a few months and I dis-like it a lot. The staff never acknowledge you or your child when arriving and leaving. The facility does not see to be very clean. I had an issue with my child's belongings missing, and the director was very rude. She stated there was nothing that can be done, and tried to place blame on my 5 year old for being irresponsible. She argued with me and was not helpful or very caring at all. They never once apologized for all of my child's belongs coming up missing, nor did they make any attempts to investigate to see why. I would never recommend this place to any parent that actually cares about their child!!!

I had my son in this daycare since he was 6 months, he left when he was 2 because we moved, they took great care I never had to worry and I received a daily adgenda of what my son did for the day. I recommend this daycare to anyone who has children, the staff is excellent!!! I could go to work and not work if my son was harmed. It is like a family daycare, they treat your child like he/she are their own.
