Rose Nail

First the girl who did my nails was very nice, but of course did not understand a word I was saying and was clearly very inexperienced. For starters the pedicure was a little painful, but decent (although she had to fix up a toenail and then left cotton in between my toes!) But the manicure was a complete disaster. She did NOT remove the clear nail polish that had been chipped off most of my nails but still had some on a few. (I probably should have paid attention, but I didn't think I needed to make sure the nail tech removed my old polish) So as Im drying my nails you could tell the patches of old nail polish underneath. Then she did a horrible job filing my nails and didn't clean out from underneath the nails, leaving my nails rigid and the nailpolish all jagged at the top. She left my nails so square, I could cut glass with the edges. But the best was when I asked her to take off the nail polish on my fingers because of the horrible job and not repaint them because I couldn't waste another two hours there, she didn't understand, insisted on repainting them, that I had to physically take back my hand from her. When I asked for a refund on the manicure, the older, shorter lady DENIED ME! she said no because I had my nails cut and filed and that constituted a manicure (at least that was what I believed she said) the worst part was how rude and insulting she was....



Oh and not very clean and hygenic facility either. I saw my nail tech rinse the cuticle cutter she had been using on me in the sink and throw it right back in her drawer.



WILL NEVER GO BACK!
