As far as their meats I do not know have never purchased anything.

My bad experience with them is their deer processing, I called for a price and was told $65 for standard cut any additions is extra such as pork mix or sausage. I brought my two deer in on a Monday afternoon I was met in the parking lot at the back of store, a young man came out with a pad of paper. I opened my tailgate and the guy looked at them and then asked what I wanted for cut, I replied that I wanted standard cut with some roast, steaks, chops and burger. Well it was not $65 he said bigger deer are more, so I was charged $115 for my buck & $65 for my doe, for just processing was $175 not $130 as I was told when I called. Seriously I would have went else where for this but unfortunately I had no choice because of the weather it was warm out and I didn't want the meat to go bad so I reluctantly had them do it. Oh and another thing I found not right they would only do cash only. They told me my deer would be done on Friday, well Friday came and I got a call from one of the girls at the store of whom was very rude and blunt said to me your deer is done we need you to pick it up today "OK", like I didn't know I had a receipt that said Friday & if I didn't get it Friday there was a $5 a day charge. Went and Picked up my deer shortly after she called, got it home and started unpacking it to put in the freezer, and boy was I angry, I had very little steak ,tenderloins and some burger, but all the rest was all roast, they cut big hunks of meat and called them roast and mind you they buried that under the few packages steak and burger. Mind you I said I wanted standard cut with some roast the rest steak, chops and burger. I did not have one package of chops and this was two deer not one. Oh and one other thing, the store accepts debit and credit so why would they say cash only for deer processing and no receipt, that alone says something is not right about this.

Horrible customer service. We used their service for deer processing and when we couldn't make it the same day they called to say it was ready, they were very rude. When we arrived the following day to pick it up, they said don't bring anymore deer here, we have enough. And this was the owner - horrible service!!
