Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut Pizza is my favorite, but this store is ridiculous. Two weeks ago I called on a Sunday to place a carry out order and I'm told they aren't taking orders. Previously, I have called and had to wait on hold over five minutes before hanging up and saying the hell with it. This evening, I decided to call again to place a carry out order and actually get through. I place my order for one pizza and am told it will be ready at 6:11pm. I arrive at 6:15pm, and when I go to the counter the employee looks to see if it's in the orders waiting for pickup. It's not. He then asks the guys making the pizzas and I hear them say they just put it in. The employee comes back and tells me it will be another 10 min. Normally not a big deal, but it is always something with this store. I think I'm going to have to just switch to Papa John's. The guys at this store are horrible.
