Kingstowne Family Dentistry

This is a first class dental office. I called in pain and I was seen within an hour of my call. The office staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Jenna and Angela were very helpful with scheduling my whole family’s appointments and took time to go over in great detail my treatment plan, they helped me find a treatment option that fit my budget:) The doctor was very gentle. Great office and great staff!!!

I was a patient here for two years, staff is friendly and great, but billing... Oh my goodness... 6 MONTHS after a cleaning, the billing office auditted their records and decided oh well we aren;t going to take your insurance now, so you owe us this much.

Icalled to ask about it and the lady (Julie) was VERY hostile and aggressive. I was trying to reason that it sounds like a mistake and she treated me like a child for the rest of the call never let me explain anything. Ask them to send me a final bill and I'd be going elsewhere.



One month goes by and I get a letter from collections, that was the next correspondance... DO NOT GO HERE, DON'T RISK WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Now I am looking at either paying the amount to save myself hassle or wasting my time dealing with it in court... what a horrid experiance, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If you are a service member's dependent BEWARE! For those of you who have Tricare (United Concordia) this is not the place for you unless you want to pay half of your dental bills yourself. They way over charge what Tricare finds to be a reasonable/normal rate for dental work, so you are left paying not only your 20% but whatever they are way over charging, which tends to be a total of about half of all of your dental work. There is PLENTY of other Dentists in the area whom this would not happen with, and if it did I have known of almost all to waive the difference. Don't do what I did and go here for the convenience factor of where I live there are plenty others in the area. Quite frankly i thought it was a little dirty and there was no privacy anyways. Save your money, and frustrations and find a different dentist.
