Sunnyview Therapy Services-Albany

My experience has been great at this office. The therapy that I have received has helped me overcome the pain that I was in. The manager and the two therapists work so well together to maintain a great atmosphere which makes the patients comfortable when they are there.

My only concern is that the therapists not only have to give perfect care to the patients but also have to work at the front desk taking copays, dealing with authorizations, insurance problems and any other questions patients might have before and after therapy. Even though the staff handle this job perfectly I do not believe they should have to.

I would recommend this office to anyone.
