        'Simple'

        A quiet, clean and simple place for either a short or extended stay. Excellent location. Excellent rates: $45 nightly / $200 weekly / $800 monthly. Dining and grocery close by. Coin operated laundry on premises. On the #55 bus line.

        Stay away from this hotel! It houses people of questionable character. A flop house.....very old, dirty, and dilapidated! Spend a few bucks and stay at a nice place....leave this place in your rear view mirror!
