Yesterday, RMS Utilities came out to drain our septic tank and only cleaned out one tank. They couln't drain the other tank because they didn't have the right tools to get the lid off. So they left to return another day, or that's is what I thought. Today, Maralyn from the RSM Utilities called to tell us that we really don't need the other side drained and to let them know if we have any problems with drainage to let them know and they will come out for free to drain the other tank. I paid 165.00 for a full service that means BOTH tanks not just one, and I believe the call that she made to us was useless because we paid in full and they need to make it their number one priority to get back and FINISH the job. When I talked to the owner named Brain he pretty much told me that they would be back out here when there is a service call in our area. I am NEVER doing business with them again. Oh and Maralyn told me that it was our fault for not having the lid off before they arrived.
