I own a dachshund and am so over-protective of him! He hurt his back and I called Ark and they got him in within a few hours and took the absolute best care of him! I was in and out within a hour and completly satisfied with how we were treated. This is the only place I will take all three of my dogs! Thank you Ark!

To begin with I have never done a negative review, nor have I ever found a vet I've thought so poorly of! I had to rush my dog here after hours only to find out she's dead and there's nothing he can do which I understand. However what I don't understand is how I had to stand outside his office and wait 15 minutes for him to get there only for him to say that and charge 130 dollars, I understand after hours calls are more however being charged 80 for him to come to town plus the actual office visit fee was a tad ridiculous to me! Well when I called to ask about this because I was not aware this was what my fiancé paid until later the lady was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me after telling me to go somewhere else next time.. Which I most definitely will my regular vet was not answering and I felt we needed some one asap and this one answered!! Never again though!!

Over the Christmas holiday we took our cat Fuego to get his shots and it was the worse experience we've ever had. My niece was upset by what happened and ran out of the room crying as Fuego was choking from the tight hold to his neck and grasping for air. We learned later that it was actually vet who gave the shots. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! He was desensitized, acted like a robot and made no effort to sooth Fuego who was afraid and shaking. The vet was also unconcerned and uncaring about our complaints and left the room leaving us to complain to the receptionist. We are only writing this review to prevent anyone else from experiencing what we did and to prevent the trauma to your family pet that our Fuego experienced. We will never visit this location again and do not recommend this vet to anyone. I only gave one star because yelp wont let me select none.

The nicest people, caring and kind. The vet is a great

chiropractor and helped my little chihuahua who was walking on only 3 legs due to an old hip injury. Only two treatments were needed and it was suggested we give her Promotion for her joints. She's like a young dog, even though she's 8.

unhelpful and uncaring

Over the Christmas holiday my son was home from college with his dog. His dog was injured Christmas eve with a gash on his leg. On Friday morning my son took the dog to get stitches and be seen and was told no, only take appt. And not until next week. One of the few vet offices even open day after Christmas but unwilling to even help so might as well be closed. Animal hospital is not appropriate name, thanks for nothing.

I own 5 Blue & Gold Macaws and a miniature dachshund. Dr. Miller has been our vet for over 20 years and I trust him to do what is best for my critters. Birds hide that they are sick and he has always made himself available when I have called with concerns. I trust him for all our vet needs and recommend him to anyone who truly cares for their animal companions.
