Crystal Clean

I was recently "forgotten" by another cleaning service and was frantically calling after business hours in regards to a rental unit I own. The company was very willing to accommodate me on short notice, though the price was a tad bit high. Truthfully, I didn't mind the price because of my last minute frantic request.

I contacted my tenants after the service and they were beyond pleased with the results - they said it was very clean and they were very happy with the work! This appears to be a company that will go out of their way to be of service.

I had to call this company twice because I thought I had the wrong number. They answer the phone just as Hello, and make you guess if it’s the cleaning service. Would not give me an idea as to what it would cost to have someone out here for 2 hours a week. Well after I got through all of this I had them come out and give me an estimate, the girls came out in plain regular clothing very unprofessional, and gave me an estimate. Me and my Husband have used them for 3 weeks now and they just have not meet our expectations, when they did the walk through of our home I though they took notes but guess they did not, because every time they are out here they continue asking what all would you like done. But the bathroom showers still look as if no one touched them, there is still hair behind the toilets and the mirrors have always had streaks. My husband to this day thinks they never touched the laundry room floors. And the older lady that has always came out talks on her phone about half the time she's cleaning. The price is reasonable and we would have continued using them if they would have just taken notes and maybe became a little more detailed in the bathrooms.

I would like to say that this company was very professional. I had a small office cleaned , and called back later to have my 3 bdrm home cleaned. A quality service and a great price. You could tell that they have experience in the customer service industry , and I was very happy.
