I've never heard of an appliance repair business being so uninterested in repairing appliances. I called twice, and was told both times they would be on their way. What BS, waiting around all day for someone who just wants to pretend he has a job. pfffft!!!

same as previous comments. bought a freezer that was broken. Took it back was supposed to get a new one never did. Currently taking them to court. They also switched names to 1stop appliance shop

Horrible customer service. They show up when they want, and dont repair the equipment thats broken even with 30 day warranty thats promised. Make sure you test anything you buy first from this place.

Don't even bother. I purchased a washer and dryer from them less than 2 weeks ago and the dryer hasn't worked in a week. Once they get your money, they don't bother to answer the phone any more... Maybe I should call from a different phone number.
