Overall

I'm from Rochester N.Y. and was in Akron N.Y. yesterday handling some business and my truck died in Tim Hortons patking lot i was amazed to see how much the staff tried all they could to help. I would like to give a special thanks to the young man who took time from his lunch break to help change my battery. So i didn't get your name but please know i am grateful to all of you. Yes i did get coffee and the service was GREAT as well.

Overall

Black sandwich, gross old coffee, very disappointing. Great customer service from the girl at the window so assumed it was all going to be good, got back home and was completely disappointing. Hate leaving bad reviews but they have messed up my order more than once, please step up or find someone who will, thank you.
