Had a problem with the kitchen faucet not cutting off that had been installed in 2009 and called the company and the young man showed up at my door to check it out!To my surprise he brought a new faucet ( the same kind) and replaced it. He said he was sending the old one back to the manufactory so they could check the problem out.Not many plumbers would have gone to the trouble to do this!! It was a pleasure to work with this plumbing company!!!
