Tom's Tire pros

Tom's Tire Pros have taken care of me for the better part of 20 years. Do I need to say more? I can buy wherever I want, whenever I want, and I choose Tom's, because they are the best! The best customer service, knowledgeable, no BS, Period! Go there.

These guys really are PROS ! I encountered vast knowledge and up to date styles on everything I asked for my Toyota Tundra. I was even given an opportunity to not only improve the look of my vehicle but to save money on other options that were equally if not better looking than what I originally chose. Toms has great service and is definitely worth giving your business to! Toms is locally owned and every time I go in the team remembers who I am to include the owner. Jay the GM goes above and beyond to help you out with any issue. He is also one of the wheel experts and is very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle and you better believe they have earned my business for years to come.

If you want willingly helpful service in Abilene, this is the place. I got my tires changed here a year ago, and they had me in and out in a decent time. But I was most pleased by this company when I called them from Nashville, TN today asking about the warranty on my tires (I had a blow out after running over some scrap metal). An employee named Steve helped me immensely and gave me a number to call for all of my warranty info. He even offered to fax the information to whatever tire service place I found in Nashville. Such a relief to find this kind of help. These guys are phenomenal.

Well if you decide to go to Tom's in Abilene, make sure you have a good window of time. They close at 5:30 on weekdays and I came in at 5:15 straight from work on base. I got no service because he said they couldn't take a rim off a tire and replace with a new one by 5:30. I don't blame the company, it's that old ass secretary working there, he didn't even check with the guys and it wouldn't even take professionals 30 min to do that. Oh and they close at 12:30pm on saturday and firestone across the street is open till 6pm
