Premier Collision
I was rear ended by another party in my brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra recently, so I was very concerned that my truck with only 1500 miles would not ever be the same. The folks at Premier Collision reassured me that they would put it back to like new condition. Sure enough, they did just that! I can not be more pleased with the courteous, efficient and professional service that this body shop has provided. They ordered the parts that the truck needed from their estimate, let me know when they were in, and set up a time for me to drop off the truck. They worked with the insurance company to make sure the estimate was correct, and finished the truck when they said they would! Since my truck is black, I was concerned about the paint, but I can tell you, the paint matches perfectly! If you are looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly body shop, I HIGHLY recommend Premier Collision!

I was just sickened when my new pick up was damaged in a fender bender. I had no idea who to use to make the repairs and restore my truck back to its original showroom condition. I was told by a co worker to call Premier Collision. He had his wife's vehicle repaired there and was just so impressed by the ownership's pride and integrity with his workmanship. I called Premier Collision and I'm so glad I did. Not only was my truck back in its showroom condition in less than a week, but Premier picked my truck up, did the work and then redelivered right to my door. I couldn't ask for more. If you baby your vehicle as I do, and it gets damaged. You will not regret placing your vehicle in Premier Collisions professorial hands. I highly recommend that you trust in Premier Collision. Thank you Jason Brown and all your employees.

I was very satisfied with the repairs done on my Tundra and Acura. One was an insurance claim, and they worked the claim with the insurance company (Premier is a preferred repair shop with my insurance). The other was out-of-pocket, and I was given a fair estimate that was lower than the other reputable body shops in Zachary. They truly provide "premier" body repairs. Jason was the one who helped me, and he was honest about the work that needed to be done. I will continue to use Premier Collision for any future body work on my vehicles.

My husband and I were recently in a fender bender and needed to find a body shop for our new vehicle. This shop came highly recommended by a co-worker. I was very impressed with how quick I was able to get in to get the repairs completed. The cost for the repairs were very reasonable. There customer service was great. We found the staff to be very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone.

This place was awesome. Did the business relocate? Always quick service! My dad and me had 3 different repairs fixed in minutes. One time Thomas stayed late to finish in the time he promised. Anyone know how to contact the owner?

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
