I gave this place 1 star because I never received my food. Was there for hour and a half and no food. Ordered a friends food for him because he was not there yet and he got his before mine Finally walked out and went to McDonald's. 1st and last time I go there. Linda & Melissa French are Jokes!

When we first got my daughter's hair cut, the stylist did a great job & so her grandmother gave her a gift card for 6 haircuts. We had to go back for a couple of the other cuts to get them tweaked but the place is so close it didn't matter. Then came the 3rd--we were leaving for the beach the next day & my daughter's cut was so awful that she had to wear a hat. We ran to a stylist at the beach & she was appalled at the sloppiness of the cut. When we got back, I called Creation Station & said I felt that she owed my daughter another cut since we had to pay for one. She begrudgingly agreed. Since then, my daughter could never book an appt; whenever she called, the stylist would not call back. I finally tried using a different number to see if the stylist would pick up. She did pick up for a different number but when I asked if we could use 2 of the 3 remaining haircuts for my daughter & an exchange student staying with us, she said we couldn't use the gift card for the boy since the card was for my daughter & "it would be like using someone else's credit card to pay for something." She became more & more uncooperative--saying she would only use the card for my daughter then saying she wouldn't cut my daughter's hair. When I asked what our options were--she won't cut my daughter's hair, she won't give us a refund, she won't use the card for a boy--she said she would have to think about it & hung up on me. The haircuts are expensive ($30) which I wouldn't mind spending if they looked good. (Wish I could have filmed the reaction of the stylists at the beach when they saw my daughter's cut.) Owner is unprofessional. I will never go back there. Fortunately, my daughter's friends have all been warned.

I would NOT recommend Lucas Landscaping to my WORST enemy. Sigh!!! I would blame myself for not getting multiple quotes but still no excuse for their poor customer service. If you just built a new home and need landscaping, stay away from Lucas!! I will honestly say that the quality of the work is good but it does not offset the employees you interact with at Lucas Landscaping. One, the Bob Jr guy is super cocky. He talks to you as if he is always right and it's more so about his business than what the customer wants/desire. First, I had my sprinkler system installed by Lucas "affiliate" which was just ok (but better than Lucas Landscaping). Two weeks after the installation of no further communication whatsoever, I get a phone call from Lucas Landscaping (Bob Jr.), shy before 5pm asking if they can arrive tomorrow morning! Talk about short notice! And when I asked why the super short notice and how my fiancé and I have to work tomorrow.... "Well can't you just start coughing and play as if you're sick?" UM NO!!! He was so eager to complete the job the next day and had a bunch of excuses to why he couldn't communicate earlier. Then he mentioned they can start without me there as long as I get home towards the end, ok I can work with that. Now, they did do me a favor by cleaning up some of the debris that the home contractor left - as stated during the quote process - but the workers place the debris in my recycle bin and left it there!!! When my fiancé ask them about it "well it was a favor" WTF! Yes I appreciate the favor but why place it in my recycling bin??? Why not ask me for a garbage bag or something!?!? I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Just go with someone else because they are very unprofessional and not dependable. Update: Really a zero star! Just received confirmation that my cable line got cut when landscaping was completed! It was marked on the ground too so what the hell. Absolute terrible service I've ever encountered!

I met my husband here today, after my doctors appt at SJMH, for a quick brunch. He had been hunting all week so we made plans for a quick date before he headed back to the woods.I suggested "Big Boy's" because it's extremely close to St. Joe's and their prices are reasonable.I eat here once or twice every 6 months with my mother when she comes into town.Our waitress today was very pleasant and accommodating. The cashier was also very nice. The food was great. We both had Omelets and coffee and all the sides to-boot. Coffee was refilled before our cups got low. The food proportions were huge!, we both had to ask for "to-go" boxes.I had a chance to talk with the Owner about this YP application and the recent post. It was nice to hear that she was going to try to contact that lady and talk with her about her experience. In my opinion; "Everyone is entitled to a bad day" and I do hope that the owner will be able to get in contact with the previous customer and persuade her to try again in the future.Big Boy's has been around forever; that I can remember. I grew up in Alpena where my grandmother used to go to Big Boy's every Sunday after church to eat.And I do believe that we actually had Easter brunch 1 year with our Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles.Big Boy's has always been a down home nice quiet place to go for any meal.We never have a problem with parking and they do have handicap parking available.I hope you will enjoy your next visit as much as I did.P.S. They have great Banana Cream Pie there too.Kerry Billings

Absolutely rude phone or in person . Disguisting--the 1st person you encounter will be the way u will see the business on all levels! (phyllis semrow - just now) rude bitch should be fired .so, u dont hv gyros? ---find a better way to say that to a potential customer!

The previous 2 times I was there the waitresses took customers who came in after me. The manager was informed the first time. I left the second. Today I gave another chance. I wished to talk to the manager first, he was not there so we ate. When my cousin ordered an additional coney he was served the most disgusting looking coney. They had watered down the chili, the consistency was not the same as the first. It made the bun soggy and was so watered down barely any clung to the hot dog. I had seen the manager come in so I asked to talk him-previously been introduced to him as the manager. The waitress came back and said they have no manager she would handle the problem. She did not hear our issue correctly and kept trying to change our complaint. After 40 years working in food service industry I understand service. I tip 20% sometimes more. They don't need my business.

I bought the same pavers bricks 3 different times over the span of a year for boarder of my drive way. I paid 3 different prices each. 1st time I paid 1 dollar per brick, 2nd time the owners daughter ask the rude owner what is the price of these..he replies $1.50 per brick and he didn't even pay attention what kind of paver is was (only reason why I didn't question it is because this purchase was a year later after the 1 dollar per brick purchase), 3rd time I paid 0.75 per brick ....they are terrible! I am done going there.
