We went to them to have our liner put in.Now keep in mind we have the liner ,all they have to do is add some sand and put the liner in.This was middle of May,we were told it would be 2 weeks. We waiting and nothing ,so we went back middle of June ,again told 2 weeks. It is now middle of July have heard nothing. We are getting a veru upset. Our grandkids keep asking when is the pool going to be opened. We had called other Pool places, even the one we bought pull from and Austintown was the most reasonable price to put the liner in.Going to contact them one more time and if we get the run around again.Turning them into the BBB and taking business elsewhere and making sure people I know with pools not to contact them for anything they need done.

We are first time pool owners who bought our pool here last season in 2016. Everything when well with the install and they came to close it in October. We were out of town when it was closed but everything seems to be in good order. The problems started this year when in mid April the winter cover fell into the pool due to the weight of collected water and fall debris on top. To be honest I understand it's my fault for not thinking about that over the winter. But now it's too late for that.. I called the pool company right away and they were very condescending about it. Told me I should have had a winter pump... no one ever mentioned that before not a single upsell... anyway I let it go i just needed help at this point.. they told me to get the cover out and try to get any debris I could our for now and they would be starting to open pools the first if may (in two weeks) and I would be on the list... well first week of may and no sign of them I called made sure I was in fact on the list.. they said I was.. Ok mid may no sign of them called again now they acted irritated at me... I'm the one with the problem but whatever.. end of may I called again and was assured that they would be at my house that week... at this point I'm very upset I'm stressed out about it and just want to start work on it.. it's bad the water is black my liner is stained and I have a TON of debris in it! And now tadpoles-_- I know I'm going to spend a few weeks of the season just trying to make it useable again I just want to get the process started.. I fully expect to pay for the services I don't expect anything for free but I'm astonished that they don't care they are apparently not in business to make any money. Anyway the guy assures me they will be out in the next 2 days... no sign of them. So I called again requested to speak with the owner he wasn't in so I left my name and number and said I would like a call back. The employee assured me he would text him the message right away.. no one ever called. So I took my business to Burnett pools and am finally getting some help I wish I would have called sooner to get the early open discount but at this point I don't care I will give Burnett all my business from now on. And repeat this story to anyone I meet in the market for a pool. Please don't make the same mistake I did!
