YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.
Pet Boarding Kennels in York, PA
1.Locust Run Kennels
1120 Canadochly Rd
They are awesome! I have been boarding my dogs there for many years and they always took great care of them. My dogs are big and not the easiest, and it was not a problem. They even medicated one of the dogs for the stay and did not charge extra as most places would. Kennels were always clean and the dogs did well. Staff is competent and professional. Love them!

3.Morgan's Paws Pet Care Center
305 Hill St
The management at Morgan's Paws is terribly and inexcusably rude. It took us MONTHS to schedule a meet and greet with our puppy because of their extremely limited schedule. When we finally managed to arrange a visit, we made one wrong turn (I'd never been there before) and arrived 10 minutes late. We were greeted with not a hello, but rather "you were supposed to be here 10 minutes ago". We then stood there for another 10 minutes while the woman we were scheduled to meet with giggled and looked at pictures on an iPhone with another client - certainly not conducting any meaningful business. I was finally informed that I'd need to reschedule. After months of waiting and an hour round trip, this was totally unacceptable. If they want to impose such a strict policy, than it should be made ABUNDANTLY CLEAR in advance. At the very least, a minimum degree of courtesy and a polite apology would have been warranted. This was extremely disappointing and I'd encourage you to look for someplace friendlier and more professional. We won't be back.

Staff is always very friendly, helpful and loves to see my puppies when I take them to visit!!! Anyone who had a bad experience probably should have purchased a leash for their children...I could never see them being rude to anyone, unless your child is misbehaving and could possibly cause harm to themself or one of the animals!! 23.Grandma's House For Pets
16040 Maddox Rd
Grandma's House for Pets is a home away from home for our Buffy (a loving Cockapoo) Buffy is a people dog, but plays very well with other dogs in his size catagory. They follow any special orders to the letter. Buffy has been in other kennels, but you can see it in him that he loves everyone there. Buffy feels right at home at Grandma's, and even gets excited when I mention he's going to Grandma's. Buffy does have a grandmother, and she is located at "Grandma's House For Pets" Buffy gets that special look as well when we have him groomed there. They are tops in all they do and I give them my very highest recommendation. Buffy loves Grandma, and Grandma loves Buffy. Their property has a very nice look as well with Dogwood trees. You know they are Dogwood trees, you can tell by the bark!
24.Country Comfort Kennels & Camp For Pets

My cocker spaniel, Abbe loves country comfort kennels. She is boarded there when I vacation and attends day camp when I have errands to run. She looks forward to going and playing with the other dogs. All of the ladies working there are like a burst of sunshine when you walk through the door. Very welcoming and genuinely friendly. Would rate higher than five stars if I could. Thank you ladies for always taking such great care of Abbe!

Dr. Bartlett and his entire staff are "First Class". His ability to actually listen to his clients is remarkable! I searched and searched for a professional of his caliber and will always be grateful that I found Columbia Animal Hospital. Recently my beloved 10 year old Golden Retriever became very ill. Dr. Bartlett and his staff worked tirelessly to find the source of his illness and provided superb care to my dog and provided encouragement to me along the way! 29.Pa State Pet Memorial & Cmtry
210 Andersontown Rd
I love this place and so does my dog. We have been using this facility to board our dog for 8 years now. Maya is still excited every time she arrives, although can no longer jump down to run to the holding area, she waits, tail wagging for us to lift her down.\r \r I love that the animals have access to the outdoor area several times a day as that prevents them from messing their area and coming home stinky! We don't have to drive home with the windows open because of the kennel stink!\r \r Maya has never come home sick or picked up any ailments, she seems happy and well cared for. The longest we have left her has been 16 days and she did not loose any weight, evidence that she was eating well and not in any distress.\r \r I cannot recommend this facility enough - we have had a wonderful experience with them each and every time.
30.Playful Pups Retreat
850 Milton Grove Rd S
As animal lovers, we fully understand that our dogs are so much more than simply pets. They are our best friends, our companions and confidants, and they are members of the family. We also understand their need for attention, training, exercise and mental stimulation each and every day. These are all very necessary in order to have a well-balanced and happy pup. For dedicated dog owners, leaving your furry family member in the care of others is never a decision to be made lightly. Our dogs fall into a routine just as we humans do. When that routine changes, they are confused. The stress of our daily lives also greatly affects our dogs. At Playful Pups Retreat we work hard to provide a stable environment for your beloved dog. If you are packing for a vacation or business trip, or someone in the home is ill, your dog will sense your emotions and stress. If a pet's exercise routine changes for these reasons, even inclement weather, you may notice behavior changes in your dog.
