Let me start by saying, that customer service is a state of mind that goes beyond the rules of business. On an impulse I decided to engrave a ring. Called several places in the Yonkers area. Most did not answer. Of the ones that did answer, all refused to service the ring in 24 hours....until I spoke to Greg, and until I met his brother. They were happy to help me. So I took a 25 mins, drive and walked into their store and boy was I impressed. Beautiful store, spectacular pieces, a thriving business, and best of all, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE. One day, one ring and a customer for life.
