YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This is the first time I've ever written a review about anything but I had to make an exception for this poor excuse of a restaurant. So I'll make it short but it won't be sweet. I ordered curry goat and rice & peas. I was hesitant because it took me a minute to know what type of food was being displayed. Did I mention I'm jamaican .Nevertheless, I ordered, took my food and left quickly for work. When I got to work I offered some to my co-worker. She took one look at it and walked away with a quick no thank you (something she's never done). Ladies and gentlemen please do not think I'm some bitter or ex lover of the owner trying to tarnish the restaurant. I tasted the food, did I tell you that they used butter beans with the curry goat. Usually you can put butter bean with curry chicken and you put potatoes with curry goat even carrots if you like but butter beans! This is Absolutely the worst meal I almost had...I ended up throwing away the meal and if u wasn't already at work I would have returned and demanded my money back. Please don't eat here, save yourselves.

Okay let me start of by saying the drinks were absolutely amazing. The pineapple mojito was probably the best I have ever had. My partner ordered the chef special Peppered steak and I ordered the red snapper wrapped in banana leaf and both were absolutely delicious. The waiter was very nice, our water glasses was always filled. Considering its a French/Cuban fusion it would be expected that it would be a bit pricey but honestly I had a amazing time, great for a first date, hanging out with friends outside with the chairs, inside near the bar or on the couches. A++

Looking for a restaurant in which you will get the caribbean feel...well then I would highly recommend that you visit The Ripe restaurant. The food is great (I love the fried red snapper) and the service is great as well. I suggest that you make reservations prior to visiting the restaurant other wise you will have to experience some waiting time but, for those who do not mind the wait can have a seat at the bar and enjoy a refreshing Rum Punch while you listen to the soft beats to the reggae music.

WE FOUND INSECT WINGS IN MY FOOD. Need I say more? I searched my meal to ensure that it was indeed an insect and not just some sort of spice, but it was most definitely wings. I eat here all the time, so i know what to expect in what we order. It was in my mouth and I had to spit it out which is how I know something was not right. I HAD INSECT WINGS IN MY MOUTH! The waitresses proceeded to fight with me saying that I am imagining things and this is apart of the food, I say with her sifting through the food showing her that if this were apart of the food I should be able to find more. This is a DIRTY place. I have a photo and will be posting it too.

The service here was wonderful. The staff was well on point. The food was spectacular. It was my first time here and I got the Jerk Salmon with Rice and String Bean. The taste was immaculate. It was so good to the point I had to go back and try there Oxtail, and it was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone.

We saw the Criollo sign on the way to home depot and figured we stop to eat dinner before shopping. We ordered the whole chicken with rice and beans with maduros (fried sweet plantains) and 2 empanadas. First of all i love my food hot and all the food was cold, the chicken was not burned but over cooked and dry and the maduros were burnt black and raw inside. Rice and beans were lacking flavor and empanada was dry meat and salty. Took a couple of bites of each and couldn't eat it. Noticed the people sitting across from us just looking at there food in disgust and the woman was hitting her pork chop against the table. Hey all I can say we tried it out but I will never eat there again.
