They say they will call you back within two days. In my case, they have not returned my phone calls.

Quality Care Medical Clinic
I have been a patient of Dr. Lyzenchuk for over 7 years now and he and his staff Mary and Roberta have always done what they could to take care of me and my cronic illness. I feel blessed to have found a PCP who knew when it was time to step it up and referred me to specialists. Thank you Quailty care, all the girls behind the desk and the people behind the scenes.A blessed patient: Diana Moross

Dr Chang walked in interrupting me and interrupted me the whole five min first visit. Then stated he could not help me after having me stand on tip toe and walk on heels. He preceded to walk out of the room as I started to cry because I had so many questions to ask him. No professionalism whatsoever. P.S. My leg, hips, and lower stomach is all numb for the last three months and continues to travel to other leg.

I was a patient for about 5 years and love it. But they dropped me because I didn't like the receptionist calling me a liar and trying to talk down to my. They didn't care that I was upset. I got dropped because of my reaction but the receptionist did not get in trouble for her treatment towards me.

Dr. Cheng did my neurosurgery, and is a massive failure of a Doctor. Not only did his (PA) assistant flippantly argue with me the 3 times I had followups after surgery, but his Secretary Susan lied three times about why she wouldn't return my call, to the point I took it to her supervisor who also never followed up. The three times after surgery you'd think the Doctor would come to talk to me but every time he sent his (PA). His PA started yelling at me the last time I was there and told me I was trying to manipulate him into saying something he shouldn't, and was trying to back him into a corner with hypothetical questions regarding what they could do for the fused discs in my lower spine, which they refused to treat because they wouldn't move on from my neck, it was complete circular logic, the PA was an irrational and aggressive imbecile, and couldn't even answer basic questions because he apparently had not even seen my MRI, according to his own words, on my last visit there. After yelling at me, telling me "he would get me an actual appointment with the doctor alright", the slamming the door behind him. Another rude woman came in, took notes on my side of it, then walked me into another room to talk to their administrator... who seriously appears to have some sort of functional retardation (maybe down syndrome?) I was then told I was banned from their clinic and all their providers (them being the only place in Yakima who accepts Government Health Care Plans). I am now faced with going 45 minutes in each direction to the next nearest neurosurgery provider, and have lost partial use of my right hand since the surgery. Prey to God you don't get stuck going here because I may now be permanently handicapped as a direct result of their Malpractice. But of course they make you sign waivers before he cuts you up, just so you can't sue them out of business. Beware of this absolutely and unbelievably horrible establishment. They may cripple you for life.

So my wife and I have been to this dental place 3 times for one root canal and they have never been successful. They perform a pre root canal then send you home for over a month before the final round and by then the tooth was infected. This happened twice and then they took our money the third time and sent us to a specialist which we again had to pay even more than the first time. We are into this almost 2000 in just a down payment and they haven't even began the root canal. This place is dirty and very unprofessional. The secretary's are horrendous and laugh and talk crap in Spanish thinking I don't understand because I'm white. They are way off and I probably speak it better than they do. I just let them think that so I can here them Call me a stupid white rich kid and that I will never get my money back. There is something illegal going on here for sure so beware. I am not the first one to report to the BBB as they have had several suits filed. They are not experienced at all and take 6 hours to do what I've had done in 2. They are very rude. Also watch out for there famous bait and switch. They have you pay up front for a major procedure then recommend a specialist and keep your money. So you end up loosing thousands here. I'm already getting a lawyer and will fill suit January 2014. Honestly I have never been somewhere so unorganized in my entire life. Plus I watch the nurses and Dr grab the mouse and type with gloves, then go back to the patients mouth. I have a video I took without knowledge if anyone want proof. It's pretty bad. X rays took 12 times to get one perfect picture. Beware again and stay clear
Tips & Advices
Academic medical centers provide the widest range of specialty care treatments, including the latest technological advances, clinical trials, and surgical techniques. In general, an academic medical center is a better choice than a community hospital for complicated treatments or rare diseases. Pediatric intensive care, especially, is usually performed at academic medical centers.
Academic medical centers offer a broad range of specialized services, from allergists to urologists. Some of the larger medical centers have entire hospitals or clinics focused on a particular medical service, such as cancer treatment, though specialties vary among the centers. Patients whose community hospital or local doctors do not have the facilities or expertise to address complex medical conditions can be referred by their primary care physician or local specialist to a major medical center (there are more than a dozen in the United States).
Yes. In addition to their inpatient hospital services, medical centers can offer a wide variety of outpatient services, such as pain clinics, rehabilitation centers, surgery, imaging and laboratory, mental health treatment, and outpatient cancer treatment. Medical groups – doctors in private practice but affiliated with the medical center--will also have offices within the medical center.
Physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants, residents, and attending physicians makeup the clinical staff of an academic medical center.
Medical center accreditation is not required, but most centers work voluntarily toward accreditation because it represents higher standards of healthcare quality and patient safety.
