YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

The Ballard Street Cafe is the best place in Wylie to go for a good home cooked meal. The little Bubba is the greatest.

Just moved here from out of state, and by far, this is one of the best little restaurants I've eaten in since moving here. Food is incredible, and garlic rolls to die for!! Service has been outstanding each time, I will be back many many more times :)

Not a fan. Very unhelpful staff when tried to place a next day 6 person catering order. No alternate options proposed when what I wanted was not available. Had never eaten there before, and will not waste my time again...

Food always good, store clean, but the kids eat free on Sundays turns the place into a scream-fest.

I have really appreciated the boom in burrito joints that has been happening over the last few years. It has made relatively healthy, quick, and tasty food available beyond the sub shops. I have had Chiloso a few times now, and think I have a decent basis for my opinions of the place. First, they are pretty busy every time I visit, so that always bodes well for a restaurant. The turnover of food seems to be pretty high, so things tend to be hot and fresh. Now, at most burrito/bowl/taco joints you will get charged less if you get a bowl rather than a burrito since the restaurant is paying out less for your food. Not the case here. Ok fine. If I am paying the same amount, I expect to be getting the same amount of food in that bowl. They lean very heavy on the beans and rice and skimp on the meat. Today I had the steak, since it was brought out fresh as I was standing there, but I have had the chicken as well. The steak was cooked well, but was chewy and lacked any real seasoning. It basically took on the flavor of the beans, which were not bad. In my experience, the chicken is not a great choice. It is usually overcooked, and I have had plenty of bites of pure fat or gristle. On to the toppings. I understand that things like guacamole and sour cream cost the restaurant more, and understand the upcharge. My issue comes in when you charge me extra, and then skimp on the extra or water it down (as is the case with their sour cream). When I get a bowl, I really would like more than a couple of slivers of lettuce, but that may just be me. Ultimately, I would rather make the drive out to Freebirds than eat here again. The staff tend to be more pleasant, the food is better, and they skimp on nothing. For me, Chiloso could lower their prices, and pay a little more attention to what is going out to the line and they could really be a contender. For my money though, I would rather spend less, and get more somewhere else.

We went here on a Saturday evening for dinner and there was a waiting time altho there were plenty of tables available. It took 4 servers to finally get our drink order. The menu is typical for a burgers and pizza place and it was a diverse selection. Food was good but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT LITTLE YOU GET!!!!!!! Small portions and HIGH DOLLAR!!! This place has been open for awhile now but the wait staff sure doesn't have it's act together at all. Don't think I'll be back.....

Come on.... it's CiCi's! Average pizza, skimpy toppings, slow with the pizzas, screaming fat kids running around making a nuisance and a mess. What more could you ask for if you want to eat out?
