Nothing but the best attitude and work in the area. I have had work done, I have gotten good advice from Chris and the staff. These are great people period. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to satisfy their customers. Its very important when you are spending your hard earned dollars to find someone worthy to spend it on. They are worthy and will treat you right. Their work is spot on no bull in this pasture.

Flow Paint & Body Facilities
purchased a brand new car on July 3rd from FLOW BUICK wiston -salem . notice the bumber cover was loose . Flows service shop send me to FLOWS body shop on Friday the 7th to get it fix, Instead of fixing it like it came for factory. they just glued it and brund it to me with the paint yellowed. Said the cleaner yellowed it. New car has a 4 year 50,000 warranty. but I get a year on a glue job. Would like to give them a negative star.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR RESTORATION OR ANY AUTO REPAIRS WITH THIS MAN. I brought my 66 Chevy to him for a specific restoration and he was paid the agreed upon price and this is what $5,000 gets you...(see photos below) AND THIS IS HOW MY "FINISHED" RESTORATION LOOKS. When you pay for a service, you should be able to trust the person to give you quality results and if he doesn't or isn't able to he should have common decency to give you a REFUND AND APOLOGY!! I received NEITHER!!!

Great repair, can't even tell it was done. Looks like new. Reasonably priced, and finished on time. Would definitely recommend this body shop to a friend. Excellent customer service.

Pat's Body Shop & Towing
I am not sure why there are any negative comments about Pat's. I have had work done there numerous times. When my son was a teenager his vehicle was hit several times and required body work. Pat's was always pleasant and easy to do business with. Sandra has done a wonderful job since taking over the business and I can't give them anything but an outstanding rating. If you need quick professional work done, look not further than Pat's.

Flow Paint & Body Facilities
I live in Durham but had heard good things about Flow so I drove an hour and half to get a small repair done on my Audi A5. After 2 weeks, I was told that the repairs were complete, the car had been checked by a technician, and it was finally ready to be picked up. I once again drove an hour an a half to Flow and within a few seconds of pulling off the lot found that the wheel was crooked (I had to hold it at 1:00 position to go straight. Putting the wheel straight would have sent me into a wall). When I walked back in and brought this up with the staff (having them drive it so they could see for themselves) I was told that they must not have fully checked that it was working. The kicker was that meant I would need to drive all the way back an hour and a half again in a day or two to pick it up after the wheels had been re-aligned.When you're paying top dollar you expect a job well done, not a car with visible flaws. Do yourself a favor a save yourself the headache of Flow motors.

Pat's Body Shop & Towing
they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. some man answered phone and was asking for information on some repairs I needed and when I asked to speak with owner he got cocky and said I could talk to him because he was her husband. I was recommended to this place through word of mouth but I would never give them my business after being treated like that and then I hear the owner has several corvettes so I see where the profits go, so let us all just buy the business another vette at the cost of the consumer. SMH.

does great work and very reasonable. I have referred him to several people and they have liked his work also.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
