The owner of this store is horrible. She is rude to her customers and apparently rude to people when she's out shopping. Never going back. Period.

The "supposed" owner of this store was in a local fabric store I frequent tonight. She asked the clerk to cut the fabric in half against the width that she had purchased the day before. The first gentleman asked his asked his manager if this could be done and due to policy it could not. She then starts ranting and raving about her "business" and how it was such bad customer service that they wouldn't do as she asked. The manager was extremely sorry and apologetic to no avail. She then tells him because he wouldn't break policy that she is going to claim she fell upfront( I came in right behind her, she didn't fall. She only dropped her bag) and make it even harder for him. She is lucky I wasn't behind the counter because I would have rammed her fake Louis Vuitton hat down her throat. If she is the owner of this business, She needs a lesson on how to treat not only service workers but human beings. I wouldn't spend a dime in her ghetto store with that attitude.

I bought a My Little Pony 4x4 on sale on Black Friday and waited to put it together until the 20th, when I realized it was extremely damaged. I took it back to Toys R Us and they told me they had a lot of them coming back with broken parts and missing pieces. They sent me home with another one and when I got home, that one was broken too. I called the store for 2 hours straight with no answer, so I called corporate, who said they couldn't help since the store wouldn't answer for them either. I took the toy back to the store again, and they were able to give me a small discount and put it together for me for free. I was so happy that they would do that, but on Christmas morning when my daughter wanted to ride it, a medal bar popped out of one of the wheels and caused the engine to abruptly stop. They either didn't notice they put together a damaged product, or they tried to cover it up. None of these pony jeeps work and the store is not allowing me to switch it for another one that is only $50 more than the original cost of the pony jeep, without having me pay over $150 since I got it on black friday. I'm a single parent and cannot pay that much extra. Now my daughter's Christmas is ruined, not to mention her life was put in harms way since Toys R Us either doesn't pay attention to their inventory or just doesn't care. The worst part about all of this has been the service. Today when I politely asked to switch it, the manager got very aggressive with me, pointing her finger at me and raising her voice. She didn't care at all how many times I had to return the same damaged product or that it could have seriously injured my daughter. I left the store crying out of frustration from this whole experience, with nothing resolved. I tried calling later to talk to a different manager, and after another hour of no one answering I gave up. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I hope no one has tp step foot in this store. Go to walmart or target instead, or order from Toys R Us online.
