This place has it all and great customer service...Great place to find old parts for collector pieces and they are great with repairs.
Great experience at Old Dominion!!!I look forward to the women's shooting class. The staff was very down to earth and friendly.
Great shop!!! Very female friendly and very helpful for a first time buyer. Looking forward to the training class next month.
Great selection of safes. I purchased the largest safe I have ever seen. Friendly staff and made arrangement for someone to deliver the 1700 lb monster. Thanks Ed..
New to Winchester and I purchased a crossbow for my Grandson at Gander Mtn but the bow was not set up properly. We went by Old Dominion and they were very helpful. The gentleman took the time to fit the bow properly for my Grandson and made sure we knew how to use it. As I was walking around I noticed they had the exact same cross bow for $20 less. I mentioned this to the sales person and he said he noticed I paid a little more down the street but it was there policy not to discuss those types of things. There approach seemed to me a lot more hands on and making sure the client was aware how to use the product. Very important in my book.
Great store, and the staff is very helpful. Not sure what experience the first reviewer had but doesn't sound like Old Dominion. Ed, has gone out of his way to find rare guns that most dealers have not even heard of. I am definitely glad to have them in the Winchester area
This store has a great selection over all, the ladies are nice, and the younger man are all friendly. The older man, I assume the owner seems to have a bad attitude towards people who don't fit the standard sportsman image. I've been in the store a few times now and honestly the basis of my money getting spent is whether that older man is there. The first time he was so unpleasant we said we wouldn't return, a year later we went back and I purchased a small handgun from the younger man and he was great. Would be happy to buy from him again. In a third time and both men were there, the only one who spoke to me and asked if they could help was the younger man who was further away than the older. Not asking for special treatment but basic courtesy is expected. I'm more than happy to head down the street to the other firearms (you know the one) where the atmosphere is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming even if the patron doesn't fit the correct mold. NOT my first choice when looking to spend money, unfortunate since it has a LOT of potential.
We have always had a great experience at ODSC. Looking forward to the new store.
The day you have are committed to buy a new handgun, stay away from this store. I went to buy a new handgun and the guy behind the counter did not even say good morning, he was just standing there looking at me. I basically had to beg and ask if they can order it for me. I guess he was confused because I was not asking to buy a can of Mountain Dew or Duct Tape. I left the store knowing they were not going to call me back (which they did not) Then, I just went to Stonewall Arms. Bill made the order with no questions, and two days later I was picking up my new gun. The day I went to get my gun I took a friend with me who also bought the same gun that same moment. Those were almost a $1,000 that this store did not want. I will NEVER visit these people again.
