Seagate Mini Storage
Decent storage facility. Seemed safe and trustworthy, or so I thought. I had a unit for two months in between housing and planned on moving out at the end of the second month. I went back on the last day of the month to collect one item that remained, HOURS before closing, to find that my gate code no longer worked and there was a different lock on my unit. This "Dee" was the rudest person I could have imagined, and judging by other reviews, I am not the only customer that had a bad experience with her. She told me that my unit was cleaned out TWO days before the end of the month and that it was completely empty when they cleaned it. Very strange for my unit to be "cleaned" after I sent an email stating I would be returning for my final items on the last day of the month. Dee said it must have been stolen, but seeing how much of a "tight ship" she keeps, I have a hard time believing that my unit was being tampered with without anyone noticing (the two previous times my parents opened my unit, she popped up out of nowhere questioning what they were doing). The piece of furniture was very large and could only have been driven out with a truck bed. She was constantly asking me why I was yelling and accusing her of stealing my items while shoving the contract in my face, while I was using a normal tone and only asking rational questions. After asking her if I could ride around the lot to see if my furniture was anywhere lying outside, she said only if I didn't "plan on doing any damage." WOW!!! Very upsetting situation, seeing as the furniture was being donated to the less fortunate. If you value your items and are looking for trustworthy customer service, I would not recommend using Seagate Storage.

Pink Trash
Horrible customer service! My wife & I own a roofing company. We are currently doing the Howard Johnson hotel which consists of 3 separate building. Its close to 500,000 square of shingles. We recycle shingles on a daily basis. Oir installers are well aware not to put debris or trash in the shingle dumpster, and vise versa. We had gotten 2 separate dumpsters, 1 just for shingles then another for trash. The first building we did, i received an email from Susan, no call! Stated there was trash in the shingle dumpster. I called after receiving the email, no response! Called for the next 3 days. No call back from Susan. I didn't understand why she didn't call initially? So instead of paying $250 for the dumpster, pink trash charged almost $800 for a Mc Donald's bag? Why didn't i receive a call, instead of an email because of the urgency? After waiting 3 days i asked to speak with the manager. What a joke to say this guy "Sean" is a manager! He represented this company very poorly! If an representative of my company talked to a customer the way "Sean" talked to me, he would have been fired on the spot! He acted as a kindergartner would. Called me a liar, when i said they dumped the shingles with no call just email. Since this happened it seems every request we had made about moving our other dumpsters were neglected and put on the back burner simply because i called "Susan" out on her faults! After calling this company originally this past Thursday to have our shingle container dumped and returned to a different building. As of today 6 days later that request hasn't been attended too. It shows lack of customer service! As well as customer appreciation. I don't think the staff in the office is qualified for their position's. They handle situations as a juvenile would. This need to be addressed! We will take our business elsewhere from now on! Call another company, this company is a joke!

All Seasons Self Storage
This has to be the nicest storage facility around. Very clean and safe feeling. The people were super helpful. Security was very impressive too. A+++
Tips & Advices
Many storage unit companies provide moving equipment that you can use to help maneuver your belongings. This equipment might be available for rental, and some storage companies will loan certain items to you at no charge. The range of options can include items such as push carts and dollies.
Storage units allow vehicle storage, and you'll typically need to rent an outdoor unit to facilitate this process. An outdoor storage unit that accommodates vehicles may have its own walls and door, or it may be a covered unit that's partitioned with wire mesh. Another option is to rent covered storage for your vehicle. With covered storage, your vehicle is stored in a space that is shared with other vehicles. These spaces are similar to parking spaces in a secure lot.
There are certain differences that separate indoor and outdoor storage units. Indoor storage units are often housed in secure facilities, and they offer perks such as climate control. These units are the best choice for sensitive and valuable items, since they offer protection from pests, weather, and intruders. Outdoor storage units are usually much larger than indoor units, and they often offer drive-up access to each unit. Outdoor storage units are excellent for storing larger items such as furniture, boats, and cars.
Storage unit rental fees do not include property insurance for stored items. Storage facilities are typically protected by insurance, but this coverage only applies to the building itself, and not the contents of the storage units. Your homeowners insurance might provide coverage for your stored items. Storage insurance is also available, and premiums typically start at roughly $7 per month for $1,000 worth of coverage.
The minimum rental period for most storage units is one month. Some storage facilities offer promotions and discounts that require a longer minimum rental period for discounts to be redeemed. For example, a storage facility might offer the first month of rental free with a two-month minimum.
