Dodson Pest Control
Beware!!! I had termites crawling on my property that they were supposed to be monitoring. I had pictures and the wood that was destroyed with crevices and mud trails left behind from them boring thru. The associate who met me who said he was a manager fought me on any services, liability, and then suggested that I and my contractor were both lying. We were both baffled by the whole episode! We asked if he could spray something for preventative measures and he still suggested that we were lying. This was a waste of my money. I am still waiting for this company to do anything!!!

Dodson Pest Control
While traveling on my lunch break I found myself in funeral traffic. I know that not every state practices these features or manners but where I am from you stop or at the very least slow down for funeral traffic as a sign of respect and curtiosy for the family of the passing. Today it was fairly obvious that there was a family of a military member, almost all cars had some sort of USMC on their vehicle. While all of the passed and their family's deserve respect I think it is especially important for those who have served. Many people flew by with no reguard. However "Dodson Pest Control" slowed down to stay behind the family traffic. To me this just shows the genuine respect and general care for others this driver (3129) and this company have. Most reviews are for the negative and people dwell on the negative I think it's very important to say we we see good, kindness, and genuine care for others in this world. Good job Dodson Pest Control!

Integrated Pest Management Inc
We hired IPM to come out at the beginning of the summer to take care of our mosquito problems. Our home backs up to a large wooded area and we have a pond near by. With all that you can imagine the mosquito problems we were having. Well, after one treatment the mosquitos were GONE! We could fully enjoy the great outdoors again. I would highly recommend this company. Skilled, professional, courteous, on-time and a great price. Thanks IPM!

Tips & Advices
Ask your pest control company about no-kill traps you can use if you want to get mice, rabbits, opossums or other furry creatures out of your house without harming them.
Many pest control experts now offer environmentally friendly treatment for your home and yard with insecticides that aren't as harsh for the ecosystem. Check with exterminators around your area to see if they provide these kinds of services. Also, keep your plants free from harmful chemicals by spraying cedar oil or soapy water on your flowers.
  • Dispose of garbage regularly.
  • Don't ┬áleaving food or drink out.
  • Clean up after spills as soon as you can.
  • Drain any standing water in your house or yard.
  • Regularly mow and rake your lawn.
If you find insects and other animals trying to get in through cracks or openings, use a caulk gun to fill the gaps. You'll also want to either use traditional bug spray or a citronella candle to keep bugs such as mosquitos away from you during the summer months.
The price for exterminators can range broadly since they can charge for a monthly inspection and treatment. The final bill also comes down to the square footage of your property.
When pest control technicians visit your home or place of business, expect them to first identify what insect or other animal it is that's causing trouble. After identification, they will inspect your building to see where the pests are coming from and locate their hive or nest. Then the exterminator will spray or set out traps and bait according to which pest you have.
