Tesla Park-Tribute Apartment Living
I am a current resident who moved in a few months ago & initially enjoyed living here, however over the last few months I have had to share my apartment with waterbugs. I have complained pretty much weekly for the last 5 weeks. They have had an exterminator over on a weekly basis to treat my apartment & even the entire building as the neighbor below me & across the hall have also had them in their apartment. I have had them come through the door seam, found them in the dishwasher, my bathroom, on the walls in my living room, in the kitchen on my counter top. I myself have put down boric acid powder, tablets, treated with Orkin Home Defense bug spray, Combat Bait traps & Advion gel & bait traps but to no avail. I used to live in another complex a mile down the road for almost 3 years & never had this problem. I do currently live in the back on the 3rd floor & am surrounded by trees along my balcony so maybe this contributes to the waterbug situation but I had also lived on the 3rd floor at the last complex. If I could get out of my lease without being stuck paying a penalty I would just to not have to deal with this anymore. It appears that instead I will have to continue calling & complaining until this situation is resolved. In regards to complex itself... the grounds are pretty nicely kept up with the exception of the apartment staircases where the spiders are everywhere, nothing worse than walking into the darn cobwebs in the morning on my way to work. People are overall nice, a lot of people walking dogs & cleaning up after them accordingly. It is a quiet complex & my neighbors are really friendly. I do wish there was a 2nd entrance into the complex itself as a few months back the transformer tower on College Rd at the entrance was out so the road was blocked off & it took over an hour before we could gain access to pull in. Traffic in the morning can be challenging but that is part of living on S. College Rd.

Arbor Trace
Awesome community. Can't wait because summer just started and we can enjoy the pool. I like that they are 3 stories so you can choose which floor you like (bottom = loudest, top= quietest but most stairs).Everyone here has been really helpful so far!

New Providence Park Apartments Clubhouse
Awesome! They are quick to fix issues and it's very nice living here. I moved from close to the clutter in Wilm and it is so much nicer out here!

Tesla Park-Tribute Apartment Living
Convenient location, staff are very nice and friendly, good schools around you with nice neighbors. The pool is fun during the summer but what I really like is my apartments. It's a great size and I get a lot of compliments on it. Definitely an upgrade!

Briarcliff Villas
My experience at Briarcliff has been great. Ronni, the manager was wonderful, I couldn't ask for a better manager. The apartment location in the Wilm is great, just be aware of the traffic on college and market. Glad to see ogden is growing and to be here!

Veterans Park Commons
Guadeloupe wright is the worst property manager.Im surprised she is still allowed to work here. She gossips about residents to other residents. She lies. She is unfair. She will let some people have certain things on their patio and tell others they are not allowed. They send out fake accusations to try and steal people's money. Her daughter, aydee harvey works here as well.though she is sometimes more professional than her mom, she is just as bad.The other office assistant, jill harris, is a very unfriendly and nasty woman. She makes you feel uncomfortable when you walk into the office. These three women make so many mistakes and instead of owning up to them, they lie even more and try and make the resident pay for their mistakes.I dont see how the regional manager is still letting her mess up this apartment complex. The maintenance workers do not know how to do simple repairs. The dog park is not a dog park. It is a 6ft by ft fence.A med dog couldnt run around. its on gravel not even on grass.

Cypress Grove Apartments
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!! It takes forever for maintenance to do anything around there. There is never a manager in the office or anyone to answer the phone. We were infested with roaches, had rats and bats in our apartment. They 7never did anything about it. We went for 7 months with a bathtub that leaked through to the kitchen. We went 4 months without heat and 3 months with no a/c. When we moved in I had to clean the whole apartment myself because they did not clean it from the previous renters. The toilet was sitting in the living room for a week before they came and put it in the bathroom. We finally did a month to month rent until we found a new place to move. We have been gone a year now and they have sent us to collections without trying to contact us. Now trying to charge us $2,700 for not giving a 30 day written notice (even though we didn't renew our lease it was month to month leave when you want) we left a fan there and they charged us $100 for having to move it out of the apartment! Never have I been behind on rent or complained for all the issues we had! The managers buy drugs in exchange for rent and it is not a safe place to live!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! if I could give a negative score instead of a 1 I would!!!!!

9-12-14Subject: ExcellenceI felt compelled to write this letter. Our management staff couldn't be better. They handle all of my requests immediately.Luke is a godsend. For he is always on top of everything. He also completes any maintenance issues instantly. And then there is Cliff. I am so grateful to have him at the pool. He is always polite and courteous. Cliff handles trouble quickly and without disturbing other guests. Now I can't imagine anyone else performing that job. I sincerely hope that Cliff will perform the same job next year. It's a pleasure living here and I hope to be here for a long time. Please feel free to share this with everyone.Sincerely,Kathy Ann Martin
