After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the quality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood. AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the store's beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun.When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldn't be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye.I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you won't regret it!

I filed a claim for my stove and Endurance Home Warranty really helped me. They found a contractor for me as soon as possible and an appointment was scheduled. The technician saw that the stove needed a lot of repairs and it was not worth the cost of repairs as purchasing a new one would be more cost effective. I spoke with the claims manager at Endurance and they reimbursed me towards a replacement stove. I received my reimbursement check yesterday and I am really happy with how my claim was handled.

I called in my claim for my ceiling fan last Monday, and the repairs were done by Wednesday. The service provider came out as early as possible to repair my issue. Overall I feel that endurance home warranty handled my claim as well as they could. I understand that the schedule of the contractor is out of their hands even though I wished it was done earlier. Overall I am satisfied with my service and will consider renewing with them in the next few months.

Last week I filed a claim for my dryer. A specialist arrived a few days later and explained what happened. He said that a part has to be replaced in order for it to dry the clothing. He called Endurance Home at my house and gave them the diagnosis and at the same time got approval for the repairs. They ended up covering the cost of the part for the repairs. The contractor came again this morning and replaced the part. The dryer works perfectly now.

I own several properties in Texas. I filed a total of 12 claims for all 6 of my properties combined. Each one of my claims issues were handled professionally. Claims review personnel carefully reviewed all my claims and responded in a timely manner. All contractors were experienced and well informed of the issues before coming out to each property. I have no complaints with how my claims were handled.

Last week my lawn sprinklers were not deploying. As a gardener myself I knew that the summer heat would scorch my grass and plants. So I called up endurance home warranty and they said they would have someone come by tomorrow because it wasn’t an emergency. So that day I had to water the lawn myself, the next day bright and early someone came in to repair it.

A roofer was dispatched to my home who assessed the damages. He called endurance home warranty while at my home and obtained approval to proceed with repairs. The roofer came back an hour later with the necessary supplies and parts and repaired the small leak we had. I was very impressed with how quickly my claim and services were handled.

A few weeks ago my garbage disposal wouldn’t turn on. I ended up emailing endurance home warranty because it wasn’t a big issue.
