The furniture selection is great and they have reasonable prices, but the customer service is horrible the only person that acknowledges you is the sales person who works on commission ,which makes it more of an obligation. I opted for pick up instead of delivery because my purchase didn't make the $1500 free delivery minimum but was not told that pickup was not at the store right across the street from me (can literally see it from my window) but at the warehouse. So after customer service realized they made an oops and forgot to put the "delivery/Pickup" notice on my receipt they gave me a free delivery, sounds great right ?? wrong!!!!!!Delivery is the worst was scheduled for a delivery ,they went to the wrong address and when I call to see when they would be arriving at my actual address they dispatcher told me they were 40mins away halfway back to the warehouse which I knew was I lie because I live 20-30 mins away from the warehouse's location. So I had been reschedule for another day , but when I called the morning of my new delivery date, I was then told that I was not on the deliv. schedule for that day. In fact there were no trucks in my area at all . So after a no where conversation with some one else claiming to be the delivery manager I decided to pick up my furniture myself, they wouldn't give me box dimensions, weight, etc. so I went to the warehouse hoping all my furniture would fit in my truck ,luckily it did. Mind you my trip to the warehouse was a total of 40minutes ,there and back.

Dissapointed in the customer service. I ordered a couch and was told that it included two pillows, I picked out the fabric for them and was led to believe they were being made especially for my couch. The couch came and the pillows did not. When I called about this, the person answering the call stated she would let Craig (the man who sold us our couch) know when ever he walked by her desk. Hours passed and no phone call. I showed up to find Craig sitting in the gallery on a couch drinking his water, he promply jumped up and told me that he was planning to call me. He searched the warehouse and made sure the pillows were not there and then assured me that he would call me within a day or two. I never got the call. When you spend thousands of dollars on furniture resulting in a commision for the sales team its only right that you should treat them with some respect. Its more about the respect than the pillows. Its also about trust. Glad there was nothing wrong with the couch becuase I can only imagine how that would have been handled.

I bought a house and saved some of the downpayment for furniture, so I was able to pay cash upfront for two couches. What a mistake. I was told 4-6 weeks. Two months later, my couches came (delivery was two hours late) and they were missing a piece of the sectional!!! It was never ordered! They promised a "rush" delivery and a phone call at the beginning of this week for a delivery date but surprise! It's Wednesday and no call. You have to HASSLE them to get your own furniture. And the lady on the phone told us to "Be quiet" when we were getting our frustrations out. I'll be quiet when you give me my $4,500 back! Already had to move our housewarming party back due to no furniture now we have to have it with half a sectional!
