That Breakfast Place
We have brunch here almost every Sunday. High quality, creative specials every week with generous portions and great service. Bright sunny space and everyone is always cheerful. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms are trashed every time i go there, food is always great thou. Most employees dont wear name tags and you dont know who to address them by and thats lame, the last thing i want to do is say "hey Miss"....tackyyyy. The younger lady bar tender makes EPIC drinks of all types and is very on point. CLEAN THOSE NASTY BATHROOMS PLEASE!

Thread City Diner
Once you are seated, then order your food, 45 minutes later, you are told your order will be ready in 10 minutes. So please call ahead when you are leaving your home from a hour away.

That Breakfast Place
Cathy B is horribly mistaken. Either she holds a grudge, or has never been here. I am going for my third time now. The food was amazing. Portions were beyond adequate. Last time I went I had the mac and cheese scramble. I chose ham and broccoli with it. All ingredients were fresh and deliciously prepared. This is a place to bring your family, or even your in laws to get on their good side!

Applebee's
I have always loved going to applebees until recently. Last time my family went I took over an hour for a burger to come back out to us well done instead of bloody. The manager wouldn't even come to our table. I would not recommend this place at all! Very unprofessional and dirty at that!

Thread City Diner
Do yourself a favor and give Thread City Diner in Willimantic a miss. Had never been until this morning when I ordered the 'Spicy Chicken Omelette'. Overcooked eggs, raw peppers & onions - it's a diner - par for the course I suppose. But the mystery meat of the processed, pre-frozen, uniformly-shaped kind, was something I wasn't expecting and couldn't bring myself to eat. When I told my server she asked if I 'wanted to pick it out myself'. I told her I didn't realize the chicken would be a processed meat product and would like another omelette. She came back to tell me that the cook/owner refused to replace it and did I want to wrap it to take it home since I would be paying for it. Serves me right for not going across the street to Cafémantic for their Huevos Rancheros!

That Breakfast Place
What a big mistake to stop here, it won't happen again. Tiny portions that taste like a dog lifted it's leg on it.
