This is by far the worst company I have every had to deal with in all my life. I'll start out with the Store itself. Don't let picture on the Website fool you. This please is Beyond discussing. There is Dust, dirt and filth everywere. It's like the store hasn't been cleaned since it opened in the 60'sWhat makes it even worse is how the Staff treats you. It seems to start off ok at first, but that soon changed. Maybe it was becuase of my slight accent( orignaly from the Mid-west) , but the staff started to treat me like I wasn't welcome. Refused to aknolage deals that were not only on the furniture but also listed online. The staff even got so heated that he called me an outsider and that" people like you arn't welcome here!"Do not support this store. Do not buy from this store.
Terrible quality of furniture. They delivered my couch and love seat damage and the delivery driver stole controlled substances from my home. They came back the following week to swap out the damaged furniture and that was damaged as well. They refuse to take back their product and refund me. Don't buy anything from these people or you will be sorry!
It's an excellent place to purchase any kind of furniture. The service was great. We recommend it to anyone. Lee and his furniture delivers were very professional . We love our furniture. Lee is a very honest, friendly and knowledgeable . We felt so comfortable with his hospitality .. ��������
I went into Bell Furniture on a whim. I’d seen the place in passing before and decided to go in. At first, I didn’t see anyone inside. It wasn’t until I was halfway to the back of the store, that I saw an older lady seated at a desk. I wasn’t sure she even worked there until she spouted out “What do you want?” Perhaps, she realized the words rolling off her lips may not have been so appropriate to say to a potential customer, so she quickly followed up with a rushed “How may I help you?” I was taken aback. I’d never been greeted this way anywhere else. But I played it off, taking it in stride and replied that I was just looking and I proceeded to do just that. She said nothing else, although she kept her eye on me. As I made my way to the rear of the store, she went into the other half of the store front to a back room area where 2 men were discussing business. As I walked into the other half as well I over heard her say to them “I don’t want to deal with this today…” I lost the rest of what she said and their replies as I moved toward the front of their second room. The gist of it became obvious as the 2 men stepped out into the first room to continue their conversation. The woman made sure she checked on me by peaking around the corner until I looked at her. I decided at that point it was time to leave. I left the store the way I came and bade the woman a good day. I could talk about their inventory and prices but that service kind of defeats that point. I’m not sure what she thought I was planning on stealing in a furniture store but I’m pretty sure that nothing in there would have been easily concealed under my jacket. I could not imagine trying to explain to the police how a nightstand wound up under my coat. Given this experience, I don’t think I could recommend Bell Furniture to anyone.

I purchased a beautiful sleeper sofa with an air mattress. I paid extra for my choice of fabric and the air mattress.When the delivery people delivered it, they broke a support piece off. They told me either they would fix it, or replace the sofa. They did neither. I called Service, the salesgirl, and the manager of service and sales. I was told the part was ordered and when I received it to call to have it replaced, then I was told nothing was ordered and they would get back to me. This was in November.My advice, stay away from Lazyboy Furniture. Once they get your money they don't want to know you!
